Scope of responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's independent recruitment of talents, quickly fill the positions needed by the development process of the company;
2. Responsible for verifying employment needs, understanding the related characteristics and requirements, formulating corresponding recruitment strategies, selecting and optimizing recruitment channels;
3. Responsible for daily interview arrangements, background investigation, hiring and onboarding follow-up;
4. Responsible for the development of the company's professional and technical personnel and high-end talent selection system, improve the talent pool building and daily maintenance;
5. Effect analysis of recruitment channels, data analysis related to recruitment quality.
Requirements:
1. Full-time Bachelor's degree or above, good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills;
2. At least 3-year recruitment experience, recruitment or headhunting experience in the field of clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry;
3. Have a good sense of teamwork, agree with the company culture, can withstand strong work pressure, strong execution;
4. Good logical thinking, excellent language expression, keen insight and analytical judgment.
