Scope of responsibilities:

1. Enter bookkeeping vouchers, register all the detailed ledgers faithfully, summarize and register the general ledger according to the audited bookkeeping vouchers;

2. Regularly close the detailed ledger and the general ledger, and monitor company accounts including current accounts, accounts receivable, account payable and fixed assets. Make monthly provisions for taxes, depreciation, salaries and other related expenses, and close the books on time every month;

3. Close the expenses during projects and profit and loss vouchers at the end of the month;

4. Produce accounting statements and accounting statement notes;

5. Provide financial data for tasks including due diligence investigation and project management;

6. Cooperate in the company's tax filing, remittance settlement and R&D expenses deduction, etc;

7. Finish other relevant tasks on time as assigned by the financial manager or financial director.

Requirements:

1. Be dedicated, responsible, meticulous, reliable and hardworking. Have good discipline and teamwork spirit;

2. Familiar with national fiscal laws and regulations, financial accounting, banking and tax declaration processes;

3. Proficient skills in Yonyou software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;

4. Over 3 years of work experience in financial accounting;

5. Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
